Welcome to the new BridgeLive
Bridge is now Hub-native — same job (per-client file sharing + ANAF SPV submission), one canonical surface inside app.cla.com.ro/bridge/. This page is your 90-second orientation. Bookmark it, share with your team, send the client view to onboarding clients.
What changed
- One URL:
app.cla.com.ro/bridge/ — both old hosts (bridge.mirus-group.eu and bridge.cla.com.ro) are retired/dead post-cutover. Update any bookmarks.
- Same data: all 348,288 files, 379,564 folders, 1.0M notifications, 8 certificates — verified 1:1 against legacy, no loss.
- Same access: who you could see in legacy, you see here. ACL parity verified 33/33 sample · 348,288/348,288 files reachable · 0 orphans.
- New tabs in the same shell: Health · Permissions · Technical Manual · Q&A · Audit log — all where you already work, no new app to learn.
- Internal vs Client separation: 13 internal entities (9 CLA + 4 Family Office) clearly flagged separate from the 223 active client companies.
- "Mirus Staff" → "CLA Staff": all internal branding consolidated to CLA. Legacy user-creation toggle relabelled.

Cutover went live 2-Jun-2026; hyper-care complete, now steady state. The legacy-VM file bytes are migrating into the SharePoint mirror (completes before 31-Jul); downloads fall back to legacy for any not-yet-migrated file.
Wave 0 · pre-cutover (done)
BI team + Ionut piloted the 13 internal entities. Validated UX + write paths against real internal workflows. WRITES are BI-only by design until further notice (Rule #4 lockdown).
Wave 1 · 2-Jun cutover (done)
DNS flip · staff moved to the new Bridge · 348,288 files / 379,564 folders / 1.0M notifications carried over 1:1 · ACL parity verified · 0 orphans. Legacy bridge.cla.com.ro is now retired (dead post-cutover · CF 525).
Wave 2 · 4-11-Jun hyper-care
Daily health checks (Resend ≥98% · Vercel errors=0 · invariants GREEN · ACL parity · Java agent live · issues triaged ≤4h). Bogdan + Alina monitor. Any drift surfaces in daily-audit Section 13.
Wave 3 · Jul onward
External-client UX polish · OCR (T-065) · Sign (T-066) · e-GOV (T-067) still pending. Note: e-GOV/SPV submission is currently OFFLINE — the legacy↔signing-server link (192.168.1.69) was severed at cutover and is being restored (RezolvIT + Bogdan). VM .68 retirement target 31-Jul, gated on the file migration reaching 100%.

În Bridge, „am acces la client" şi „am voie să fac ceva" sunt două întrebări separate.
Vizibilitatea vine din alocarea pe tip de practică. Acţiunile — deschidere, descărcare, încărcare —
vin din rândurile de permisiuni, câte unul pe practică. Un cont poate fi perfect ca identitate şi
complet nefolositor în practică.
- Vizibilitate — automată, din tipurile de practică alocate. Atenţie: e pe
practică, nu pe client. Cine e alocat pe BPS Payroll vede toţi clienţii cu practici
de tipul acela, nu doar portofoliul lui. Nu e o eroare.
- Acţiuni — nu sunt automate. Cer rânduri în permisiuni: pentru un
consultant Payroll înseamnă ~95 de rânduri, unul pe practică.
- Forma standard — descărcare, încărcare, folder nou, comentarii, share link.
Fără ştergere, fără redenumire de folder, fără mutare.
Verificarea de făcut în prima zi, pe contul colegului nou, nu pe al tău:
deschide un client, intră într-un folder şi încearcă să descarci un fişier. Dacă vezi lista dar
butonul nu face nimic, lipsesc rândurile de acţiune — scrie-i lui BI.
De ce pe contul lui şi nu pe al tău: dacă eşti pe lista de administrare, poarta
de acţiuni trece scurt şi îţi merge tot. Măsurat pe 27-08: din 81 de colegi interni activi, 27 nu
aveau niciun rând de permisiuni — dar 22 erau administratori şi nu simţeau nimic. „Îmi merge mie"
nu e o probă.

app.cla.com.ro/bridge/ and replace any old bridge.mirus-group.eu bookmarks today.
- Try one task you do every week (upload, Vector pull, Audit search) and time it. If it's slower or impossible, file via the Outage triage form.
- Check the Permissions tab for one of your clients — if your team's access looks off, surface to BI before cutover not after.
- When you onboard a new client, send them the client view of this page — copy/print/email buttons above.
Known gaps · honest scope (no Potemkin UI · Rule #6): e-GOV/SPV submission is OFFLINE post-cutover (legacy↔signing-server link at 192.168.1.69 severed 2026-06-05, being restored) — declarations filed manually via the desktop ANAF tool meanwhile. OCR auto-extraction + in-app Sign remain scaffolds that refuse to act (each surfaces a clear "not yet available" message). Welcome to CLA BridgeFor clients
CLA Bridge is your secure portal for sharing files with us and receiving your tax declarations, financial reports and other documents. This page is your 90-second orientation — bookmark it, you can return any time.
What Bridge is for
- You send us monthly fiscal input (invoices, payroll inputs, bank statements, supporting docs).
- We send you your filed declarations, recipisă (ANAF acknowledgements), reports and any document we produce on your behalf.
- Everything is private — only your CLA team and you can see your company's files. Other clients cannot.
- One place — no more chasing emails, attachments or shared folders. Files live in your company's Bridge space.
How to log in

| 1. Open Bridge | Go to app.cla.com.ro/bridge/ in any modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox). This is the new home of Bridge as of the 2-Jun-2026 cutover — bookmark it. |
| 2. Sign in | Enter your registered email and your Bridge password (the same password you used on the old Bridge). New to Bridge? Your CLA contact will send you your initial login details. If your account isn't recognised yet, reply to your onboarding email and we provision you the same day. |
| 3. Access trouble? | Two cases. (a) A message asking you to contact CLA (your account isn't provisioned yet), or your email/password isn't accepted → reply to your onboarding email and we provision or reset you the same day. (b) "A new version is available. Refresh to update." banner that doesn't go away when you press F5 → at the top of the screen click the gold Refresh now button (not the browser's F5). That triggers the actual update. |
| 4. First login feels slow? | That's normal — the first load caches the app. Subsequent logins are near-instant. |
What you can do
- Upload files — drag & drop into the right folder, or click
Upload. We're notified the moment a file lands.
- Download what we shared — declarations, reports, recipisă. Each file shows when it was added and by whom.
- See your full history — every file you've ever exchanged with us is retained and searchable.
- Get email alerts — optional: subscribe to per-folder alerts so you know the moment we drop something new.
- Ce nu poţi face implicit — ştergerea, redenumirea şi mutarea fişierelor
nu sunt pornite pentru conturile de client. Dacă ai nevoie de ele ca să-ţi organizezi
dosarele, cere-ne: le acordăm pe o perioadă limitată, cu termen.
- Dacă ştergi din greşeală — nu se pierde nimic. Fişierul merge în coşul de
reciclare şi îl aducem înapoi. Ştergerea definitivă nu e în drepturile conturilor de client.
- Înainte să ştergi în bloc — spune-ne. În folderele tale sunt şi documente
întocmite de noi (state de plată, declaraţii, situaţii contabile) pe care nu le ai în
arhiva ta. Ştergerea lor ar lăsa dosarele să pară complete.
Security & privacy: Files are encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is per-company and per-user — only people we and you explicitly authorise can see your documents. If you need someone on your side added or removed, email us and we action it the same day.
If something doesn't work
- "A new version is available. Refresh to update." banner stuck? Click the gold Refresh now button on the right of that blue banner at the top of the page — that triggers the actual app update. The browser's F5 / Ctrl+R alone won't dismiss it.
- Browser cache strange? Try app.cla.com.ro/bridge/clear-cache/ — 1-click reset, your login is preserved.
- Can't see a file you expected? Email your CLA contact — we check permissions and reply same day.
- General Bridge support — bi-automation@cla.com.ro (English & Romanian) — please include your company name in the subject.
- Urgent / outage — your CLA contact or partner. We monitor Bridge 24/7 and any issue we see is surfaced automatically.

| I logged in but don't see my folders (or one is missing)? | You only see the folders for the services your account is granted (e.g. Accounting vs Payroll vs Tax). If something you expect is missing, email your CLA contact and we grant the area the same day. (We are also upgrading where files are stored — if an older file takes a moment to open, that's the migration; contact us if it doesn't appear.) |
| Can I share Bridge access with my accountant / colleague? | Yes — email your CLA contact with the person's name + email + role. We add them within one working day, with the access level you specify. |
| What file types can I upload? | PDF, Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint), images, archives (ZIP), accounting exports (SAGA, WinMentor, DP-Payroll, UCMS .ING). If your file is rejected, email your contact and we'll whitelist it. |
| Are there file size limits? | Up to 250 MB per file — large files upload in chunks automatically (they may take a little longer). For anything bigger, contact us. |
| How long are my files kept? | Permanently. We retain your full document history per Romanian fiscal record-keeping rules (10 years minimum) and beyond. |
| Mobile? | Yes — the site works on any phone browser. A dedicated mobile app is on the roadmap. |
