Use the Practice dropdown to see only Audit, Payroll, Tax, or Legal clients.

Q: Where does the data come from?
A: The directory reads from all 11 practice management tools in real time. Any client added in Audit Planner, Payroll, Tax Compliance, etc. appears here automatically.
Q: Can I edit client details here?
A: No — edit in the source practice tool. Changes sync to the directory on next page load.
Q: Why do some clients show multiple practices?
A: Cross-practice clients (e.g., a client using both Audit and Tax) are merged into one row showing all their practices.
Q: What does the status mean?
A: Statuses are normalized: Active (in progress), Completed (delivered), At Risk (overdue/blocked), Pending (not started).
